'Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flame.' -Rumi

An online collective for creatives and multi-passionate professionals.

We'll gather for a soft start on December 10th and hit the ground running on January 7th.

It's not in your best interest to do everything by yourself.

If you're feeling bummed out because progress is slow and you're tired of being your own ringleader,  inspirational guru,  accountability partner, and project manager, you're not alone.

If you have lots of amazing ideas, but you're not sure which ones to act on first or even where to start, we hear you.

If you're interested in using your insights and talents in an authentic way, insstead of a piece-meal approach where you are either hyper vigilant or way too chillaxed, you've come to the right place.

Here in The Village you'll crank out your best work, have a blast along the way, and sincerely love seing the other members succeed.

About the community thing. Here we'll learn from each other, support each other, create magic together, and have fun together. Like the crew on Schitt's Creek, or the team behind Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Looking back at the conversation I've had with fellow entrepreneurs, creatives, and seekers about what inspired them, what made them keep going, and how they overcome doubt and procrastenation, the answers are overwhelmingly about teaming up with other people. The same is true in my own life.

It takes a village

Hmmmm. . . can joining a group really make a difference?

A thousand times yes!

By teaming up with like-minded people you're  able to tap into three of the most valuable resources on the planet: support, belonging, and accountability. This has nothing to do with networking, building a list, or getting more followers. This is about:

Authentic connections

Feeling safe to take creative risks

Being seen

Being understood

Feeling less alone

Rest in the knowing that someone has your back.

Discovering new sides of yourself

Shedding old identities and patterns

Opportunities landing in your lap.

Feeling better on a day-to-day basis.

Uncovering countless treasures along the way.

Come for the support. Stay for the fun.

Discover how you can accomplish more in one hour when you're happy and lit up than you can in a week when you're stressed out and drained.

Learn how to say YES to all your wild ideas, even the ones you think will cancel each other out.

Redirect your energy towards simplicity and ease, without feeling slacker-ish and unprofessional.

- Let your dreams ruin your life.

OLD WAY: A lot of people make their dreams so big they'll never act on them (and end up hating themselves in the process), or they think that in order to get what they want they have to turn into a totally different person.

NEW WAY: Discover what Rumi meant when he said, 'What you seek is seeking you.' You don't have to chase after your dreams. You can collaborate with them.

- Do things that bore you to death.

OLD WAY: Mistake options for obligations.

NEW WAY: Get clear on what you want to do and how you want to do it.

- Wait for the perfect time.

OLD WAY: Think that the only way to succeed is if all the stars are aligned, the timing

- Stop doing things that bore you to death

- Set multiple projects in motion without feeling rushed-rushed, rushed, and spread too thin.

What's Your Happy Place?

I'm waaaaaaay more interested in structures than goals. Why? Because setting a goal is easy. Saying, 'I want more clients,' or ' I want to start a podcast,' takes three seconds or less. What gets you from here to there depends on how you organize your workday. Your process and structures.

If your work is anchored in your values and how you like to do things, the journey ahead will be tailored to your needs and preferences. That's where the magic happens, and that's when running your business starts to feel like your happy place.

The way we live our days is the way we live our lives, so why not make our workdays as interesting as humanly possible?

We'll meet bi-weekly for 60-minute sessions. 6 sessions in total. In between sessions, we'll stay in touch via email.

We'll meet online via ZOOM. Meaning, you can live anywhere in the world, all you need is internet access.  Everyone is welcome!

My sliding scale is between 200 and 300 pounds per session. You decide what is right for you. Monthly payment plan is available.

Hello, I'm Inger Kenobi. After working as a coach and creative strategist for six years, this is what I've learned.

FIRST: When you ignore your intuition and desires, everything becomes insanely hard and stressful.

SECOND: If you don't have a strategy in place for acting on your intuitive hits and desires, it's like having a Rolls-Royce in the driveway, with flat tires and an empty gas tank.

ALSO: I noticed that most of my clients have fallen prey to the 'result happiness' mode. Working all the time and feeling slacker-ish if they have any kind of fun along the way.

You can be head-over-heels in love with your workday and produce amazing results. In fact, it's the only approach I know that doesn't lead to burnout, stress, stagnation, and resentment.

With my background as a world-class event planner, executive assistant, production assistant, and retreat organizer, I can spot a leaky strategy a mile away. I also have a gift for discovering what will create the best workflow, both for myself and my clients.

  • You’ll lovingly learn to craft a biz structure that feeds your soul and enriches your life.

  • A structure that makes it feel safe to take creative risks and try new things.

  • A structure that is so life-affirming that you’ll wonder, ‘Am I getting away with something?’

  • A structure that will bring out the best in you, every single day.

You don't have to feel more ready, become more professional, or have more experience to do your best work. You're already the perfect fit for your dreams, just the way you are.

Inger completely turned my head around on how I relate to money and my self-worth, something no one has been able to do before now! It was like a miracle! She is warm, hysterically funny, engaging, relentless, passionate about what she does, and a joy to work with.

-Candace Palmo, USA

In a word, Inger is amazing. Her clear, no-nonsense coaching has helped me on many occasions to gain clarity where it has eluded me, simplicity when I thought things were complicated, and joy in the process. Inger's ability to listen and ask insightful questions has helped me find my own answers -- simply and cleanly. She is a gem!

-Julie Levin / USA

The one who gets everything done for me.

-Queen Sonja of Norway

Working with Inger has been life-changing. She has a unique ability to see the forest for the trees, so to speak. And when I was ready to give up on my dreams and sell myself short, she encouraged me to stay true to my vision. Two weeks later I landed my dream job. I can't wait to see what happens next.

-Susan / London, UK

Inger is an amazing wayfinder. After just one session, Inger managed to put an end to three years of fluffing about and shined a spotlight on the narrow track through the trees.

-R. C. / Australia

My intuition told me to hire Inger, and it was right. I've never felt better about myself. I speak up. I make more money. I take bigger risks, but I'm less scared. This is my life now. Amazing!

-Elizabeth / Canada

Inger is a gem of a coach. She makes you feel safe, understood, and capable, and her approach is both natural and effective. Each time I finish a coaching session with Inger, I feel rejuvenated and clear. Her ability to swiftly affect change is truly amazing, simply because there’s so much fun involved! For those of you lucky enough to be on Inger’s client roster, all I can say is congratulations!

-Katrina Lempenski / New York, USA

Working with Inger felt like a dusty curtain had been opened and pinned back wide. There is so much fun and possibility out there for me to go and get! She reminded me to trust the process and that magic does happen - you just have to be brave enough to be open to EVERYTHING and take the necessary steps.

 -  Zoe / London UK

It feels to me like I’ve opened the door on a very musty closet and let the sunshine pour in.
